Polykote is looking for a Machine Operator for a Specialty Coating/Lamination Manufacturer. Come work for a small company that is in a period of growth and expansion with opportunity to have a personal impact on the organization.
What you need:
Previous machine operation experience preferred but willing to train the right entry level mechanically inclined candidate.
Attention to detail
Ability to follow production and safety procedures
Team player who is self-motivated and can work independently
Must be comfortable with some heavy lifting and be able to walk/stand for production shift
Must be able to operate a forklift
What you will do:
Set-up and breakdown production runs.
Visual inspection of material being produced
Logging run data on production records
Maintaining a safe/clean work environment
Communicate production/quality issues to appropriate personnel
Small batch mixing/dilution of coatings
You will get:
